Salmon Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can salmon
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Drain salmon. Combine next 6 ingredients with salmon. Shape into log and roll in nuts and parsley.
