Mexican Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 to 1 lb. lean ground beef
    3 cans Ro-Tel
    1 whole medium onion
Preparation
    Melt Velveeta cheese in double boiler until melted.
    Brown ground beef and diced onion in skillet and drain excess fat.
    Add ground beef, onion and Ro-Tel to melted cheese; reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serve with your favorite chips.
