Freezing Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 c. corn (raw)
2 c. water
4 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Wash and silk corn. Cut off cob.
Mix corn, water, salt and sugar well together.
Put in plastic bags or containers and freeze.
(No cooking required before you freeze.)
