Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

yellow squash
1/2 onion
2 eggs
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers (reserve some for topping)
1 c. cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Cook squash with 1/2 onion until tender.
Drain, then mash. Add remaining ingredients.
Mix and put in casserole.
Sprinkle with rest of crackers.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
