Sweet Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 green sweet peppers
    12 red sweet peppers
    7 small onions
    2 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. mixed pickle spice, wrapped in a cloth
Preparation
    Grind up peppers and onion in food chopper. Add vinegar, sugar and pickle spices (wrapped in cloth). Pour about a pint of hot water in mixture for 15 minutes; let drain, then cook slow for 35 to 40 minutes. Take off and cool. Put in jars and seal. Wonderful on dried beans.
