Pink Pina Colada Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. coconut (flaked)
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. cream coconut
    2 egg yolks
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 or 4 drops food coloring
Preparation
    Spread coconut evenly in bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Microwave on High for 4 to 6 minutes or golden brown.
    Toss with fork every minute.
    Set aside.
