Beer Batter Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 whole small fish (about 1/2 lb. each)
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/2 c. beer
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Combine mix, salt, egg and beer until smooth.
    Dip fish and drip excess.
    Fry until brown on both sides.
