Chili Con Queso Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 can cream of celery (or mushroom) soup
    1 lb. Mexican Velvetta cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in 2-3 Tbsp. butter. Add all other ingredients. Melt and serve with tortilla chips.
