Chicken Cacciataco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt (original)
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    3 lb. chicken, cut up
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with Lawry's seasoned salt.
    Brown on all sides in hot oil; drain.
    Combine taco seasoning mix, water and tomatoes (chopped up).
    Pour this mixture over chicken.
    Cover and simmer 40 minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice or spaghetti. Makes 4 servings.
