Make Ahead Breakfast Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage or 1 lb. turkey sausage
    2 slices bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    4 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese or no-fat cheese
    6 eggs or egg substitute
    2 c. milk or skim milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Crumble the sausage in medium skillet.
    Cook over medium heat until browned, stirring occasionally.
    Drain well.
