The Not Exactly Neiman-Marcus Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. oatmeal
    1 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. white sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips (2 c.)
    4 oz. Hershey bar, grated
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Process oatmeal in blender or food processor until oatmeal turns into fine powder.
    Set aside. Cream the butter with both sugars.
    Add eggs, one at a time, then vanilla.
    Add flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and oatmeal. Stir in chocolate chips, grated Hershey bar and nuts.
    Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
    Bake 10 minutes.
