Sausage Casserole(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 small onion
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. uncooked long grain rice
Preparation
    Crumble sausage into a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Add onion and green peppers; stir well.
    Cover and microwave on High for 7 to 8 minutes or until sausage is browned, stirring once.
    Drain well; set aside.
