Fried Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. corn meal or 2 Tbsp. raw wheat germ
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 can (16 oz.) green beans, drained
Preparation
    Put corn meal, flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper in large plastic container with lid.
    Add green beans.
    Shake well until beans are completely coated.
    Heat butter in skillet until bubbly. Add beans, cook over high heat, stirring occasionally.
    Cook 10 minutes or until coating is crunchy and brown.
    Serve hot, with extra butter if desired.
