Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 sticks margarine (do not use whipped)
    1 small can evaporated milk (5 oz. size)
    2 c. miniature marshmallows (or 2 handfuls)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips or 2/3 c. peanut butter
Preparation
    Put sugar, margarine and evaporated milk in microwaveproof dish (a casserole, 1 1/2-quart, with a lid).
    Cover and microwave on Roast for 10 minutes.
    Remove from microwave and stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Recover and put back in microwave and cook an additional 5 minutes on Roast.
    Remove from microwave and stir in marshmallows, vanilla and chocolate chips or peanut butter.
    Stir until all melted.
