Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    1 medium onion
    1 c. butter, melted
    1 pack Ritz crackers
    1 egg
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cut up cabbage and onion in casserole dish.
    Put 1/2 butter over this.
    Stir up egg, mayonnaise and soup; pour over cabbage. Crumble up crackers over this; pour rest of butter over mixture. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
