Roquefort Or Blue Cheese Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. oil
    1 c. lemon juice or less (according to taste)
    2 tsp. onion juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. paprika
    dash of pepper
    1/2 lb. Blue or Roquefort cheese
Preparation
    Makes 1 quart.\tBeat
    all
    ingredients,
    except cheese, with mixer.
    Crumble cheese into dressing.
    Store in refrigerator, covered, until ready to use.
    Shake well before serving.
