Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Ro-Tel
1 tsp. ground cumin (may increase to spice up)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 can water
1 lb. American cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix all except cheese and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Put cheese and liquid in blender for 1 to 2 minutes. Dip can be served hot or cold.
