Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. cheese
    1/2 c. oil
    pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    garlic to taste
    croutons
    Italian bread (day old)
    oil
    parsley
    garlic salt
    1 large head romaine lettuce, cleaned and dry
Preparation
    Put oil in pan; heat.
    Take pieces of bread, put in pan and sprinkle parsley and garlic salt.
    Cook until brown.
    Remove from oil.
    Put in paper towels.
    Remove grease.
    Place in brown bag to drain rest of grease off.
    Mix lettuce and dressing, then croutons.
