Gram'S Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) deep dish pie pan with graham cracker crust
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 small can evaporated milk
cinnamon (sprinkle on top)
Preparation

Beat all ingredients on high until well mixed.
Pour into graham cracker pie crust.
Bake fast for 15 minutes at 425\u00b0, then slow for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 until crust is brown and custard is set.
