Forgotten Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    potatoes
    carrots
    onions
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place roast on a large piece of aluminum foil and arrange vegetables around roast.
    Sprinkle meat and vegetables with dry onion soup mix.
    Spoon undiluted mushroom soup on top.
    Wrap loosely with foil, making sure it is sealed at top and sides. Place
    in a roaster pan and bake at 275\u00b0 for 4 hours or 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
