Miss Elsie'S Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 onion, chopped
    2 to 4 chopped jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
