J. R.'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. monosodium glutamate (may omit)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. water or bouillon
    1/2 c. fresh parsley or 2 1/2 tsp. dried
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix ingredients thoroughly.
    Shape into jelly roll on aluminum foil.
    Wrap roll in foil and bake for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake for 30 more minutes.
    Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
