Cool Cream Of Corn Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, minced
    3 cloves minced garlic
    6 c. corn (off the cob)
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. oatmeal/rolled oats
    2 tsp. sea salt
    5 c. water or soup stock
    1/4 tsp. cumin or curry powder
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in medium-sized saucepan.
    Bring to boil, cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes.
    Puree in blender or food processor until smooth.
    Stir and taste.
    If too thick, add a dash of water to thin slightly.
    Ladle 8 ounces of soup into each bowl.
