Seven-Layer Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium avocados
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 cans (10 oz. each) Mexican bean dip
    1 large bunch green onions with tops, chopped
    2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    2 cans (3 1/2 oz. each) pitted ripe olives, chopped
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Mash avocados in a bowl with lemon juice, salt and pepper. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream and taco seasoning.
    On a large flat plate, spread bean dip in a large circle.
    Top with avocado mixture, then sour cream mixture. Follow this with onions, then tomatoes, followed by olives.
    Cover all with grated cheese.
    Chill until ready to serve with corn chips.
