Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed
    2 cans potato soup, undiluted
    2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 small sour cream
    chopped parsley to taste
    nutmeg to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Reserve 1/2 cup cheese for top. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or so.
