Egg Noodles With Madcap Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. medium egg noodles
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Heat oil over medium heat; add onion, garlic and beef and cook until beef is browned. Drain excess fat. Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, salt, pepper and oregano. Cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain. Serve sauce over noodles.
