Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie crust (9-inch)
    2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mash butter with hot potatoes. Beat in sugar, eggs, vanilla and milk. Add salt to taste; add nutmeg. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until it won't shake when moved. Do not overcook; it will firm as it cools.
