Diabetic - Yogurt Fruit Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. low calorie cream cheese, softened
1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
14 packets Equal sweetener
Preparation

Combine cream cheese and yogurt.
Blend until smooth.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Chill.
Carve balls from your favorite melon and serve with toothpicks to accompany this tasty dip.
Dip makes 2 cups or 8 servings (4 tablespoons per serving).
