Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. onion flakes (may substitute 1 tsp. onion powder)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes.
    Mix everything together and pour into 9 x 12-inch casserole.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with buttered corn flake crumbs the last 15 minutes of baking time.
    This can be mixed a day ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
