Pumpkin Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine and blend with mixer (low to medium speed) the sugar, oil, vanilla and pumpkin. Add eggs, one at a time, and blend.
    Add baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
    Add flour and nuts. Blend on medium to high speed until batter is smooth.
    Pour batter into ungreased 11 x 16-inch (or similar size) jelly roll pan. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
