Sante Fe Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large ripe avocado
    2 small ripe tomatoes, cut in wedges
    1 small onion, diced
    1 large clove garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
    3 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    4 large corn tortillas
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (about 1 lb.)
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. orange marmalade
    lime wedges (to garnish)
Preparation
    Peel avocado and cut into 1-inch chunks.
    Place in medium bowl with tomatoes, onion, garlic and cilantro.
    Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste.
    Toss gently, cover and refrigerate.
