Corn Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 strips bacon, chopped
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 c. whole kernel corn
2 Tbsp. oleo
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
salt and pepper
2 c. light cream
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp.
Add onion and saute until soft.
Put corn through food processor and add to bacon and onion.
Cook until brown.
Add oleo and flour.
Combine well and cook slowly for 3 minutes.
Add milk, salt and pepper.
Cook until thickened. Add 2 cups of light cream and stir until smooth.
Serves 6.
