Great Aunt Edith'S Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. shortening
    1/2 c. walnuts
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    4 to 6 bananas
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add one egg at a time; add nuts and bananas.
    Add flour; cream mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
