Pasta With Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. pancetta or bacon
1/4 c. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 1/2 lb. zucchini, cut julienne and well drained
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. dry penne or other pasta
Preparation

Heat large frying pan and saute pancetta until clear.
Remove meat and fat from pan.
Drain and discard fat and set meat aside. Add oil to pan and saute garlic for just a minute.
Add zucchini and saute over high heat until it is hot, not mushy.
Add cream and stir.
