Potato Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered or cubed
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    In large saucepan, bring potatoes, onion, water and salt to boil.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer until potatoes are tender. Do not drain.
    Stir in milk.
