Amber Crunch Sundae - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 pound butter
5 c corn flakes
1 c grated coconut
1/3 c nuts
1/3 c light brown sugar
1 1/2 gal ice cream softened
Preparation

Melt butter and combine with rest of ingredients except ice cream.
Spread half of mixture in a 6x12 inch pan.
Top with softened ice cream.
Spread remaining mixture over top of ice cream.
Freeze until firm.
Cut into squares and serve with Amber Sauce.
