Six Weeks Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. boiling water
2 c. All Bran
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. butter or oil
4 eggs
6 c. flour
1 qt. buttermilk
5 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix boiling water and All Bran; let cool.
Cream sugar and butter.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
Then add buttermilk, flour, soda and salt.
Mix, then add bran mixture. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Put remaining dough in refrigerator. Do not stir when taken out of refrigerator.
