Quick Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
    2 cups cooked rice
    1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained, chopped
    1 cup medium salsa
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    2 cups chicken, cooked & chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans
    1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
Preparation
    In large skillet, combine oil, onion, & green pepper. Cook over low heat 5 minutes or until onion & peppers are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in chicken, rice, beans, tomatoes, salsa, thyme and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10-15 minutes or until flavors are blended.
