Salmon-Macaroni Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 beaten eggs
    2 (15 oz.) cans macaroni in cheese sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained, bones and skin removed, broken into chunks
    2 slices bread in crumbs
    1 c. shredded sharp American cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In large bowl, stir together beaten eggs, macaroni, salmon chunks, bread crumbs, cheese and salt.
    Turn mixture into a greased 10-inch oven-safe skillet or a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until set in center.
    Cut into wedges or squares and garnish each serving with a parsley sprig.
