Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. diced onion
1 (No. 2) can red kidney beans
2 c. tomato soup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Melt butter in heavy frypan.
Add meat and onion; cook until brown, stirring frequently.
Add remaining ingredients; stir and cover.
Cook over low heat for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Yields 4 servings.
