Caramel Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 1/2 oz. Marshmallow Creme
    3 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1 lb. caramels
Preparation
    Mix Marshmallow Creme, sugar and vanilla.
    Knead until well blended and soft.
    Roll into balls and let sit in refrigerator overnight.
    Melt caramels in double boiler.
    Dip balls in caramel and roll in nuts.
