Minted Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1/3 c. lemon juice from concentrate
    1/3 c. water
    1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
    8 c. cut-up assorted fresh fruits
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except fruit.
    Stir until sugar dissolves.
    Pour lemon mixture over; cover.
    Chill 3 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
    Refrigerate leftovers. Makes about 8 cups.
