Fruit Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine, softened
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. almond flavoring
    1 can pie filling (apple, cherry or blueberry)
Preparation
    Mix batter together; spread 3/4 of the batter into a well-greased 15 1/2 x 10 x 1-inch pan.
    Cover with pie filling, then top with the remaining batter.
    Spread the batter gently using 2 forks.
    You do not have to cover all of the filling.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
