Sugared Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. honey
3 c. pecans, chopped

Preparation

Mix sugar, honey and water in a saucepan and cook to soft ball stage (242\u00b0).
Remove from heat.
Add nuts.
Stir until thick and creamy.
Turn out on wax paper.
Separate with a fork.
