Baked Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium onion, red or sweet
Black pepper to taste
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
Preparation

Mix liquids. Peel onions, cut off top and bottom.
Place in plastic bag with marinade for 1 hour.
Remove onions from bag and save marinade.
Arrange onions in baking dish.
Pour 1/4 cup marinade over onions.
To microwave, cover dish and cook 9 to 10 minutes for 4 onions; 5 to 7 minutes for two onions.
In oven, cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
