Saucy Cheese Tortellini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen cheese filled tortellini
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can of milk
    3/4 cup frozen peas
    1/2 cup carrots, shredded
    1/8 tsp. ground pepper
    3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Cook tortellini according to package directions, drain. Meanwhile, in 3 quart saucepan, combine soup, peas, carrots and pepper.
    Over medium heat, bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low. Cover.
    Cook 4 minutes or until peas are tender, stirring constantly.
    Stir in cheese and parsley.
    Heat until cheese melts. Stir in cooked tortellini.
    Makes about 5 cups.
