Veal Parmigiana - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 veal cutlets
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
olive oil
1 jar Ragu Italian cooking sauce
6 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Dip veal in beaten eggs, then in bread crumbs. Brown on both sides in small amount of olive oil.
Place in baking dish.
Pour cooking sauce over veal. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
