Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. minced green onions
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. minced green peppers
    1 c. raw rice
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. minced parsley
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook onions in margarine until soft, but do not brown (use tops and bottoms).
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish with cover.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until rice is tender and dry.
    Toss lightly with fork.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
