French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. coconut (if desired)
Preparation
    Blend sugar and flour together.
    Gradually add the well beaten eggs.
    Mix in butter. Add buttermilk.
    Sprinkle in coconut.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm and brown.
