No-Peek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up
    1 c. long grain rice, raw
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 soup can milk
    1 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation
    Put uncooked rice in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix melted margarine, milk and soup.
    Pour over rice.
    Lay the chicken on top of this. Sprinkle soup mix over the chicken.
    Seal well with foil.
    Bake 2 1/2 hours in 325\u00b0 oven.
